2x 750ml imperial stouts and 2x250g Symposium coffee.  These are the exact coffees used in both beers ; coffee in the morning, stout in the evening.

Symposium have a commitment to creating actual relationships with the growers visiting them to select the coffee and not off a broker.  They use an electric Roaster that significantly lowers their C02 offset.  values much aligned with the Terra Tempo ideology.

Sunn (1))) 8.4% Imperial Stout with Cacao, Coffee, Vanilla and Fuggles - Brewed using a modern ‘pastry’ style base open ‘farm’ fermented and heavily hopped with whole cone Fuggles; Rwandan whole bean Coffee courtesy of Symposium Roasters in Norwich was added alongside organic Cacao nibs and grade A Madagascan vanilla, Ceylon Cinnamon and Mexican Ancho Chilli.

El Salvador whole bean Coffee courtesy of Symposium Roasters in Norwich was added alongside organic Coconut and grade A Madagascan vanilla.
