Shipping
All products are shipped in the highest quality 100% recyclable packaging with cradles supporting each individual can and bottle.
Bottles, cans and kegs are dispatched every Wednesday & Thursday with DPD. We use a 24hr fragile liquids service. You will receive email confirmation of collection, transit and delivery.
Collection
Cans and bottles are available to collect Hogsback brewery shop please specify chosen collection date and we will prepare your beers.
Please note we are not open to the general public.
Returns
If you find your beer with imperfections or there is an issue with your order please reach out for a replacement, refund or credit note.
Refunds will be credited to purchasers original method of payment, please retain your shipping note until you have received your refund. We estimate refunds will be made by your payment provider within 7-10 working days.
