Traditional Oude Lambic made in Surrey. Aged for 2 years in a 600L Cognac barrel brewed and matured with authentic methods passed down from the masters.

In the glass expect :  intense Juiciness with mouth watering tart and acidic complexity. Supported by flavours of stone fruit, apricot, peach and ripe apples. Light carbonation with restrained rustic farmhouse funk and boozy cognac from the barrel.

Canned October 2025.  This beer will develop mellow and mature for years to come.
