Search - Oak aged Surrey Wild Ale double wet hopped and double dry hopped 5% 750ml

TT004/2024 Spontaneously fermented and aged in Oak barrels this beer was then wet hopped with the 2023 harvest of Farnham White Bine, Fuggles and Cascade all grown on-site then aged in oak for 4 months. The beer was then  double dry hopped with our own Fuggles and Cascade pellets from 2022. This beer is the truest, rawest representation of Terra Tempo

Brewed using 100% solar energy.

Bottle conditioned beer store cold and upright if you wish to retain the fresh impactful hop flavour or store horizontally at cellar temperature to unlock the wild yeast flavours.
