Inspired by the incredible array of fruit juices available in the Zona Sul Rio de Janeiro ; this wild ale contains a total of 600g per litre of ripe and semi-ripe fruits raw and unprocessed. Sweet, acidic, and refreshing with a clear clarity of flavour. 

Brewed with 100% solar power, with absolute minimal intervention at every processing step allowing the ingredients to be presented as close to their natural taste alongside encouraging further development of our unique evolving farm “terroir”.  Bottle conditioned beer. Contains sediment, please allow 24 hours at fridge temperature stored upright and pour carefully.
